Millennial Mama, hosted by Aisha Baker, is a creative knowledge-sharing conversation with young mothers and can be considered the luxury event in this category. When I was approached to work on the Cape Town event I could not contain my excitement.
Aisha and I had the same vision for the Cape Town event and wanted to bring a fresh experience to the “mama event” industry. We wanted to focus on the women attending, not just on the fact that they are mothers.
This Cape Town event required more than just design and execution. I had to tap into my public relations background to assist with securing sponsorships, developing brand messages and helping to position the brand as what it is known for today.
I’m so proud to be part of the Millennial Mama team. The Cape Town event challenged me in new ways that I truly enjoyed. Together with Aisha and the team, we designed, executed and planned this event to perfection. The feedback was phenomenal.
