Working with the influencer legend, Aisha Baker, is an honour. She pushes me creatively and is an incredible team player. She’s accomplished much over the past 10 years and in December 2019 she wanted an intimate event for her family and close industry friends. We only had two weeks, during the busiest season, to design, plan and execute this event.
The brief was simply to celebrate life and all its blessings.
We chose a white studio with white furniture to create a blank canvas that showcased various successes including the new BakedOnline website (projected onto the wall), her awards (positioned on a podium) and the yum treats. We created the perfect backdrop for an atmosphere filled with celebration, laughter and serious style.
This was a trendy event that used technology to bring the atmosphere to life. We used the blankness of the space as the canvas to showcase Aisha’s success over the past 10 years. We had a podium with her various awards showcased on them – it was a play on winning and inspiration. And
creative lighting was the cherry on the cake.
