• e-Vouchers is only valid for weddings between 2020 and 2021 and will expire on 31 December 2019.
• e-Vouchers are not valid for any events that are not weddings.
• e-Vouchers are only valid for events within 50kms from Durbanville, any events outside of this area will be charged a travel cost per km in addition to the Kelly Kreates Events Pty Ltd management fee.
• One e-Voucher is valid for one wedding.
• e-Voucher discounts are valid for event design, supplier management and execution for one wedding.
• Kelly Kreates Events Pty Ltd has the right to decide to work with a client or not.
• e-Voucher clients must sign the Kelly Kreates contract and adhere to the terms of the contract.
• e-Vouchers can not be transferred into cash and recipients of vouchers are not allowed to ask or demand any finances, or otherwise, from Kelly Kreates Pty Ltd or its staff members other than what is confirmed in the contract.
• The onus is on the e-Voucher recipient to use or not use the e-Voucher before the expiry date.
• e-Vouchers will not be extended, replaced or exchanged and are invalid without an expiry date.
• No refunds are given except those required by law.
• No change is given.
• e-Vouchers cannot be sold or exchanged without the prior written permission of Kelly Kreates Events Pty Ltd. Any use of the company name, images or logos must have the prior written consent from Kelly Kreates Events Pty Ltd.
• e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Kelly Kreates Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any e-Voucher, or the e-Voucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances, Kelly Kreates Events Pty Ltd may either provide a refund or a replacement of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to an e-Voucher.
